DESCRIPTION:(Teen Group Event) \nChocolate Babka Workshop \nFor our first offsite Teen Group event of 2018\, we’ll be getting together for—yes—you heard it here first—a Chocolate Babka Workshop! Pans\, pre-risen dough\, and all ingredients will be provided by the hosts. The kids will come and prepare the distinctively rolled and rich bread. As the bread is left to rise for a second time\, the kids will help plan the itinerary for their upcoming trip to the Lower East Side based on the interests they express. The kids will then take their breads home to bake\, filling homes with the sweet scent of this yeasty confection. Sunday\, February 25\, 2:00 – 5:00\, at the Pestka residence (home of Harry ’16 and Robin ’17). \nPlease RSVP by February 16 to Rob Pestka.
